Kara and Steve's wedding

OK so I decided that I would be Nick's date...I know some say I am stupid...some say I am lonely..I am all of the above. There is something about weddings that makes me not want to be at one alone. And Nick and I did not lack in the area of going out together and having a good time. Which is exactly what we did. I am not saying we are going to get back together, due to the fact that if I don't require him to change then I am accepting the treatment that will I couldn't deal with any longer. The wedding was beautiful, Kara looked like a princess. And they danced to "Frank" and Steve could actually dance..NICE..why is it that before you are married you go to weddings and see something that someone else has done and say I want to do that at my wedding, and then after you are married and the wedding has faded you go to a wedding and say wow I wish I could have done that. It just feels like most girls dream of their wedding day their whole lives but it is their dream only when it comes a reality that you have to add in expenses and family members and don't forget your future husband who you need to want to be there since his presense will only complete the dream. how many girls actually get their dream weddings....
On to the reception...it was an elegant reception from mixed salad to exquised dinner...they had cute bags of noodles on every table (each table being a different city in Italy (honeymoon)) with a receipt attached to it. When we were leaving I spotted how many bags were left over and all I could think about was all the work that went into our table gifts and how many of them I ended up with. So as the thoughtful family member that I am I took as many as my little drunk hands could carry along with some cake for the kiddos. I hope no one thought I was being rude.. I could only imagine what they would have to do with all those noodles... All and all it was a beautiful wedding and a wonderful night out with my date...i guess if I ever need a date for a wedding who better to call than my husband..haha...
